Donations made to Help in Suffering are voluntary and are used to support our animal welfare programmes, including rescue, medical care, sterilisation, and education.
As a nonprofit organisation, we generally do not offer refunds on donations once they have been processed. However, in the case of an error in the donation amount, duplicate transactions, or a technical issue, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe a donation has been made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at
[email protected], along with your donation details.
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed back to the original payment method.
