Lara was brutally attacked, leaving her eye prolapsed — an injury only emergency surgery could save her from. A prompt call from a local citizen allowed our ambulance team to reach her in time. She underwent enucleation surgery, pain management and infection control, followed by intensive nursing care. Despite the trauma, Lara recovered with remarkable strength and today navigates her world confidently with love and personality.
Her story shows that even the most violent cases can heal when they receive safety, care and dignity.
