For over 40 years, Help In Suffering has been dedicated to rescuing, caring for, and advocating for animals in need. We’re seeking an experienced Animal Care Supervisor to lead daily shelter operations and ensure the highest standards of welfare for every animal in our care.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily shelter operations, ensuring high standards of animal welfare and hygiene
- Oversee feeding, health monitoring, enrichment, and daily care of rescued animals
- Manage and mentor the shelter team — assign duties, conduct briefings, ensure smooth operations
- Coordinate rescue and shelter operations, including admissions, maintenance, and inventory management
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with animal welfare standards and shelter SOPs
